【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeneralcharacteristics,performance,design,test,safety,reliability,maintainabilityandqualityrequirementsforgroundsupportequipment(GSE)andsystemsintendedforuseatlaunch,landingorretrieval-siteinstallations,orotherlocationsthataretheresponsibilityofthelaunch,landingandretrievalsite.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyhowtodesignGSE,butestablishestheminimumrequirementstoprovidesimple,robust,safe,reliable,maintainableandcost-effectiveGSE.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothedesignofnon-flighthardwareandsoftwareusedtosupporttheoperationsoftransporting,receiving,handling,assembly,inspection,test,checkout,service,launchandrecoveryofspacevehiclesandpayloadsatthelaunch,landingorretrievalsites.Assuch,therequirementsofthisInternationalStandardareoptionalforhardwareusedonlyatthemanufacturing,developmentortestsitespriortoarrivalatthelaunch,landingorretrievalsites.However,ifsuchGSEistemporarilyusedatalaunch,landingorretrievalsite,forwhateverreason,conformitywithallthesafety-relatedrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardisaminimumrequirementfortheGSE.
