【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesamethodofassessingthebehaviourofcableinsulationsubjecttoanelectricarcinitiatedbycontaminatingfluidalongthesurfaceoftheinsulation.ThisStandardshallbeusedtogetherwithEN3475-100.Theprimaryaimofthistestistoproduce,inacontrolledfashionthefailureeffects,whicharerepresentativeofthose,whichmayoccurinservicewhenatypicalcablebundleisdamagedandsubjectedtoaqueousfluidcontamination.Electricalarcingoccursalongthesurfaceoftheinsulationbetweendamagesitesonadjacentcables.Unlessotherwisespecifiedinthetechnical/productstandardsizes002,006and020cableshallbeassessed.Sixlevelsofprospectivefaultcurrenthavebeenspecifiedforcablesizes001to050.
