【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestotheplanning,designandconstructionofstructuralreinforcedconcretestructurestobeusedinnewlow-risebuildingswithrestrictedoccupancy,numberofstories,andarea.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoprovidearegisteredcivilengineerorarchitectwithsufficientinformationtodesignthereinforced-concretestructuralframingofalow-risebuildingthatcomplieswiththeselimitations;see6.1.Therulesofdesignassetforthinthepresentdocumentaresimplificationsofthemoreelaboraterequirements.Thisdocumentmaybeusedasanalternativetothedevelopmentofanationalconcretebuildingcode,orequivalentdocument,incountrieswherenonationaldesigncodesthemselvesareavailable,orasanalternativetothenationalconcretebuildingcodeincountrieswhereitisspecificallyconsideredandacceptedbythenationalstandardbodyorotherappropriateregulatoryorganization.Althoughtheprovisionscontainedinthisdocumentwereestablishedtoproduce,whenproperlyemployed,areinforcedconcretestructurewithanappropriatemarginofsafety,thisInternationalStandardisnotasubstituteforsoundandexperiencedengineering.Inorderfortheresultingstructuredesignedinaccordancewiththeseprovisionstoattaintheintendedmarginofsafety,thedocumentmustbeusedasawhole,andalternativeproceduresshouldbeemployedonlywhenexplicitlypermittedbytheprovisions.Theminimumdimensionalprovisionsasprescribedinthedocumentreplace,inmostcases,moreelaborateproceduressuchasthoseprescribedinthenationalbuildingcode,andaneventualeconomicimpactisrealizedfromthesimplicityoftheproceduresprescribed.TheprofessionalperformingthestructuraldesigninaccordancewiththisInternationalStandardshouldmeetthelegalrequirementsforstructuraldesignersinthecountryofadoptionandhavetrainingandaminimumofappropriateknowledgeofstructuralmechanics,statics,strengthofmaterials,structuralanalysis,andreinforcedconcretedesignandconstruction.
