【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthesecondarycalibrationofacousticemissionsensorsasreceiversofelasticwavesatthesurfaceofasolidmedium.TheInternationalStandardisapplicabletolaboratorytertiarystandardsensorsandacousticemissionapplicationssensors.Thesecondarycalibrationyieldsthefrequencyresponseofasensortowavesofatypenormallyencounteredinacousticemissionwork,namelyRayleighwaves.Thesourceproducingthesignalusedforthecalibrationismountedonthesamesurfaceofatestblockasthesensorundertest(SUT).Thesensitivityofthesensorisdeterminedforexcitationwithintherangeof100kHzto1MHz.Sensitivityvaluesareusuallydeterminedatfrequenciesapproximately10kHzapart.Theunitsofthecalibrationarevoltsperunitofmechanicalinput(displacement,velocityoracceleration).
