【摘要】:Thepurposeofthesetestmethodsaretoprovidenationallyrecognizedtestmethodsforairbrakeandvacuumbrakehose,inparticularthehosespecificationsSAEJ1402andSAEJ1403,andtoprovideproducers,distributors,anduserswithabasisforevaluatingthecharacteristicsofthesehoseproducts.1.1Thesetestmethodsareintendedforuseintestingtheconventionaltypesofhoseemployedfortheoperationofairbrakeandvacuumbrakesystems,eitheronasinglemotorvehicleorasconnectingortransmissionlinesinacombinationofvehicles.Thehosemaybeassembledwithsuitablemetalcouplingsormaybeasfabricatedforusewithdetachablefittings.Theterm"rubber"asusedinthesetestmethodsincludessyntheticcompoundsaswellascompoundsofnaturalrubber.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
