【摘要】:1.1Theimpact-penetrationtestdescribedinthetwopartsofthisInternationalStandardisusedfortheassessmentofplasticfilmsandthinsheets(herein-afterreferredtoasfilms)underanimpactstressap-pliedatrightanglestotheplaneofthefilm.1.2Part1ofthisInternationalStandardcanbeusedifitissufficienttocharacterizetheimpactbehaviourofthefilmbyanimpact-failureenergy.Part2isusedifaforce-deformationoraforce-timediagram,re-cordedatpracticallyconstantvelocityofthestriker,isnecessaryforcharacterizationoftheimpactbehav-iour.Thisappliesif:--measuredquantitiesderivableonlyfromthisdia-gramarerequiredor--onlyasmallnumberoftestspecimensareavail-able.1.3Thetestmethodisapplicabletofilmsofupto1mmthicknessandmakesitpossibletocompareimpact-penetrationforces,biaxialdeformabilitiesandenergy-absorptioncapacitiesoffilms.Furthermore,ifrequired,thetransitionregionbetweenbrittleandtoughbehaviourofthefilmundertheconditionsoftestingcanbedeterminedbyvaryingthetemperatureorthepenetrationvelocityortherelativehumidity(seealsoannexB).NOTE1Forthicknessesgreaterthan1mm,ISO6603-2shouldbeused.1.4Thetestresultsarecomparableonlyifthecon-ditionsforpreparationofspecimens,theirthicknessandsurfaces,andthetestconditionsareidentical.Comprehensiveevaluationofthereactiontoimpactstressrequiresthatthedeterminationsaremadeasfunctionsofdeformationrateandtemperaturefordifferentmaterialvariables,suchascrystallinityandmoisturecontent.
